Nocellara dell’Etna
Our olive oil is made from the ancient Nocellara dell’Etna olive trees that have been part of the landscape around Motta Sant’Anastasia for generations.
The olives are harvested by hand and pressed shortly after picking, preserving the freshness, character and natural expression of the fruit.
Fresh, balanced and distinctly Sicilian, our olive oil reflects the land, the trees and the season in which it is made.
